House of Unpleasant Pictures

* Here are a couple of my ugly pictures that I took inside my garage and on the side of my house.

Describe- When I look at my images I see ugly objects that are clumped together around my house. These house items make my house look messy and dirty. The objects I used in this photograph are household items such as: cardboard boxes, a mop bucket, trash bags, laundry baskets, and a bbq stand. My image is abstract because you can see lines that the objects make, shapes, forms, and color.

Analyze- I did use the elements of principle and design such as shape, form, color, and line. When I look at my image I see squares, rectangle, circles, and deformed objects. I don't think there is a tone to my image because it seems as if the objects were just thrown in a spot overtime unintentionally. The image is in focus and I did this intentionally. I wanted to show people the messiness of my house.

Interpret- The images are light, I used natural light of the sun to take my photos.. The photos were taken outdoors because that is where most of the messiness is. My main goal was to show that there is art even in the ugliest places.

Judge- I think my work was successful. I liked the finishing touch. I didn't edit the pictures a lot, just fixed the curves so that the lighting was just a little bit lighter. Overall, I like my finished image.
